Chad Baldwin, Marketing and Communications for the University of Wyoming, called into the Weekday Wake-Up on Wednesday, May 20 for his monthly report. Baldwin discussed a community information guide on nuclear energy and a nuclear science trailer at Wyoming Public Schools. In addition, Baldwin touched on UW-led article highlighting virtual fencing in rangelands, big game movement through housing projects and a $20 million donation to the Tome Scholars to Fellows Program. 

Isaac & Seneca Mayes, owners of the new Queen Bee Gardens store in Afton, stepped into the SVI Radio studio on Tuesday, May 19 to promote their store.

Representative Scott Heiner (R-HD18), the current House Majority Floor Leader in the Wyoming Legislature, stepped into the SVI Radio studio to share his thoughts on the school recalibration bill passed this year by the legislature.

Bud Scheller & Tracey Martiney with Wyoming Welcomes The Wall That Heals stepped into the SVI Radio studio on Monday, May 18 to discuss the need for volunteers and donations. The Wall That Heals is 3/4 size replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial and will be on the football field at Star Valley Middle School July 9-12.

Jason Shumway with RE/MAX Star Valley stepped into the SVI Radio studio to discuss the real estate market locally and provide some tips to help you price and sell your home. 

Wyoming First Lady Jennie Gordon spoke with SVI Media's Dan Dockstader about the Wyoming Hunger Initiative following a gathering held in Thayne to discuss hunger issues. 

Trevor Wilson, Commissioner of the Wyoming High School Activities Association, called into First Bank of Wyoming Sports Friday to discuss funding for activities and potential changes in light of looming funding cuts. 

Star Valley High School Seniors Abi Carrillo-Zarate & Elia Matautia along with throwing coach McKay Young stepped into the SVI Radio studio during Frist Bank of Wyoming Sports Friday ahead of the 4A West Regionals. Carrillo-Zarate currently holds the school records in both shotput and discus, while Matautia holds the school record in discus with hopes to break the shotput record this weekend. 

Lisa talked with some of the cast from the Bear Lake Middle School production of "Into the Woods". The play will be performed Friday, May 15 and Saturday, May 16 at 2:00pm and again at 7:00pm both days at the Bear Lake Middle School Auditorium.
