Sports Friday Interview: Kemmerer Senior Graison Kelley, Briar Cliff Wrestling

Kemmerer High School Senior Graison Kelley called into First Bank of Wyoming Sports Friday to talk with Duke & Dahl about his commitment to wrestle at Briar Cliff University in Sioux City, Iowa. Kelley won the 2A state championship at 165 pounds for the Rangers this past season. 

Star Valley Health Telephone Town Hall

Star Valley held a Telephone Town Hall on Thursday, May 8 to discuss the current financial status of the hospital, it's future and answer questions from the community. Hospital leadership was on the call, including CEO Dan Ordyna, COO Mike Hunsaker, CFO Scott Graham and other. Below is a full recording.

Eric Green, Mayor for the Town of Alpine, called into the Weekday Wake-Up on Wednesday, May 7 with his monthly report. Mayor Green recapped Tuesday night's town council meeting which included final approval of the Snake River Junction Annexation. Green also provided an update on the charter school, housing project and community garden.

Mr. Adam Guild called into SVI Radio's Weekday Wake-Up on Wednesday, May 7 to recap the performance of Star Valley High School students in the Wyoming State Art Symposium and promote the Art Show that takes place from 5-7 p.m. on May 7.

SVI Radio Interview: Dir. Angi Bruce, Wyoming Game & Fish

Angi Bruce, Director of the Wyoming Game & Fish Department, called into the Weekday Wake-Up on Tuesday, May 6 with her monthly report. Dir. Bruce gave an updated on a poaching incident outside of Kemmerer, upcoming regulations and changes for fishing guides and revisions to the State Wildlife Action Plan. 

SVI Radio Interview: Mike Hunsaker, Star Valley Health & current financial status

Mike Hunsaker, Chief Operating Officer for Star Valley Health, stepped into the SVI Radio studio to discuss the current financial status of the hospital and promote an upcoming Telephone Town Hall.  Hunsaker touched on other common concerts brought up by the community, including the airplane that transports doctors and specialists to remote clinics, costs of healthcare and the future of the hospital.
