Violet Sanderson, Administrator for the Town of Afton, stepped into the SVI Radio studio on Thursday, August 7 for her monthly report. Sanderson updated listeners on current and upcoming infrastructure projects and park upgrades. 

Liberty Cunningham, a 14-year-old trick rider from Kansas who will perform during the Thursday and Friday Lincoln County Fair PRCA rodeos, stepped into the SVI Radio studio to chat about her performances. 

Country singer/songwriter Logan Mac called into SVI Radio's Weekday Wake-up to discuss performing under the Big Top at the Lincoln County Fair Thursday, Friday and Saturday. 

Mayor Eric Green from the Town of Alpine called into SVI Radio's Weekday Wake-up on Wednesday, August 6 for his monthly report. Mayor Green recapped the August 5 town council meeting and discussed a handful of upcoming events taking place in August and September in Alpine. 

Angi Bruce, Director of the Wyoming Game & Fish Department, called into the SVI Radio's Weekday Wake-up on Tuesday, August 5 for her monthly report. Director Bruce touched on the confirmation of former Game & Fish Director Brian Nesvick as Director of the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service and what that means for wildlife management in Wyoming and other western states, specifically to the Endangered Species Act and Grizzly Bears. Director Bruce also touched on management of the Palisades Mountain Goat herd, Antelope Hunt events and preference points.

Dr. Kevin Stucki, Orthopedic Surgeon for Star Valley Health, stepped into the SVI Radio studio to promote the plans to build a new orthopedic clinic in Diamondville. 

Lower Valley Energy CEO Jim Webb stepped into the SVI Radio studio on Monday, August 4 to detail the process of filling a vacancy on the Board of Director's left open due to the passing of long-time board member Fred Brog.

Kristie DeClark and Linda Arnell with the Bear Lake Valley Health Care Foundation stepped into The Wave studio to promote the Golf Fore Health Putting Challenge, which includes a chance to win a free Ford Ranger.

Star Valley High School Cross Country Coach Ty Draney called into First Bank of Wyoming Sports Friday to discuss the 21st annual El Vaquero Loco that takes place Saturday, August 2. 

Dennis Cook, Race Director for the 100-Mile Endurance Run, called into First Bank of Wyoming Sport Friday to discuss the race that takes place August 8-10 in the mountains east of Star Valley.
