Les Ohlhauser, PRCA Rodeo Announcer during the Lincoln County Fair, called into First Bank of Wyoming Sports Friday to discuss the three PRCA Rodeos that will take place during the fair August 7, 8 and 9.

Lincoln County Fair Board member Ryan Lyman stepped into the SVI Radio studio on Thursday, July 31 to preview the entertainment at the Lincoln County Fair, taking place August 1-9.

United State Congresswoman Celeste Maloy called into the Weekday Wake-up for a discussion on public lands access and management in western states. 

Rep. Maloy serves in Utah's 2nd Congressional District covering western, central and southern Utah. She serves on the House Committee on Appropriations and the House committee on Natural Resources. 

SVI Media's Dan Dockstader spoke with Chad McCoy and Peggy Reins, who are overseeing trail improvements in the Kemmerer Ranger District of the Bridger-Teton National Forest.

Jaclyn Lechner, Producer, and Tami Nielson, Director, joined the Weekday Wake-up on Tuesday, July 29 to promote auditions for the upcoming production of "Damn Yankees," this year's production from the Salt River Community Theatre. Anyone age 18 and older is encouraged to audition. Auditions will take place Thursday and Friday, July 31-August 1, from 6-8 p.m. at the Afton Ford Theatre.

Julie Nelson and Blue Sullivan, representing the Bear Lake County Chamber of Commerce, joined Lisa Hillier on The Wave to discuss the chamber's new website (WeAreBearLake.com) and community calendar. 

Lincoln County Commissioner Mel Shumway stepped into the SVI Radio studio on Monday, July 28 for the monthly report from the commission. Shumway discussed a number of items including the U.S. Forest Service Revision Plan and logging in the Bridger-Teton, grant funding approved for the Afton-Lincoln County Airport, update on the Strawberry Rd. construction project, the public comment period for TerraPower's construction permit and a statement on the current status of septic tank dumping in Lincoln County.

Local Star Valley couple Bryan & Jennie Drollinger stepped into the SVI Radio studio to discuss being in the running for America's Favorite Couple. The Drollinger's, who are currently in the process of producing a book and even a movie about their story, are currently sitting in first place in their group. The winner of the competition receives $20,000, which the Drollinger's say will be used to help others find hope.
