Violet Sanderson, Administrator for the Town of Afton, called into the Weekday Wake-Up on Thursday, February 27. Sanderson gave a report on a recent public meeting that was held in regards to a Transportation Corridor study that is assessing vehicle and pedestrian traffic, parking and accessibility. Star Valley High School Senior track athlete Alexis Angell joined Duke & Dahl during First Bank of Wyoming Sports Friday to discuss her commitment to run track for the College of Southern Idaho in Twin Falls and breaking the school indoor one mile record with a time of 5:19 at the Simplot Games in Pocatello.

Wave Radio Interview: Bear Lake Arts Council-Music Through the Ages

Stephanie Parrish Hendricks, Shanna Spuhler and Tristi Pinkston with the Bear Lake Arts Council stepped into The Wave's studio this week to talk about the upcoming "Through the Ages Benefit Concert" scheduled for Monday, February 24 at 7pm in Bear Lake Middle School. The event is a fundraiser for the Bear Lake Senior Center.

Lxi Weber, Executive Director of the Star Valley Arts Council, called into the Weekday Wake-Up on Thursday, February 20 for her monthly report. Weber touched on upcoming events including Community of Kindness Winter Carnival, Spring Music Festival, Classical Night of Music and the Children's Summer Theatre.
