Jack Edwards with Edwards Law Office in Etna called into the Weekday Wake-Up on Monday, Nov. 17 to promote this year's Christmas Coloring Competition for Star Valley kids.  Coloring books will be distributed this week through the elementary schools and public libraries in Star Valley. 

Jeff Forseberg and Jennifer Burnham with Bear Lake County EMTs joined Lisa Hillier on The Wave to talk about the new EMR class coming in January for new EMT training. 

A fundraiser for EMT for training expenses and new equipment happening Saturday, November 22 10-2 at the EMT shed North of the Fairgrounds on Cemetery Road. The event includes a turkey shoot fundraiser, bake sale, chili and biscuits and gravy. Turkeys will be awarded to the top 60 shooters and Grand Prize is a shotgun. Raffle items including Blackstone Grill as grand prize. 

Elizabeth, Mary & Naomi Erickson called into the Weekday Wakeup to discuss competing in the Music Teachers National Association (MTNA) student competition after winning the Wyoming state competition, along details on two upcoming fundraiser concerts in Etna. 

City of Kemmerer Administrator Brian Muir called into the Weekday Wakeup on Thursday, November 13 for his monthly report. Muir discussed a Cuby, a home manufacturing company that may build a new manufacturing site in Kemmerer. Also a report from the TerraPower open house, upgrades to the Kemmerer Municipal Airport and a youth hockey league coming in Kemmerer. 

Violet and Stockton Jones, owners of Sourdough Nest by Viola in Afton, stepped into the SVI Radio studio to explain what they are offering in their new downtown bakery and restaurant.

Star Valley's Maggon Osmond was joined with Heather Huish and Ben Kjar in the SVI Radio studio to discuss the Stand 4 Kind program, something that Osmond has been rolling out at some of the schools in Lincoln County School District #2. 

Josh Dorrell, CEO of the Wyoming Business Council, called into the Weekday Wakeup to discuss results form a recent poll conducted regarding public input on growth in small communities across Wyoming. 

Star Valley High School alumnus Joseph Call called into First Bank of Wyoming Sports Friday to discuss a kickstarter campaign for his basketball rebounder, the Shot Cycle Basketball Rebounder.
