Dan Dockstader spoke with Tom Glause, CEO of the Professional Rodeo Cowboy Association (PRCA), regarding the decision to move the Pro Rodeo Headquarters and Museum to Cheyenne, Wyoming.

SVI Media's Dan Dockstader spoke with Marcus Weber, President and CEO of the Bank of Star Valley, regarding BOSV's annual economic report. 

Robert King, Director of the Star Valley Chamber of Commerce, stepped into the SVI Radio studio on Wednesday, February 11 to introduce Dave Schuler and Wyoming Gun Fighter as the February Business of the Month. 

King also discussed the upcoming 250th celebration coin that Lincoln County and municipalities are partnering on this summer. 

Larry Vila and Lott Crockett stopped by the radio station this morning to talk about the 36th annual Snowball Dance  this Saturday, February 14 from 7-11pm at the Bear Lake Middle School Gym. 

Representative Josh Wheeler and Lisa caught up February 10 over the phone with what is happening this week in Boise in the House. Discussions continue to be heated in regards to the budget, particularly with Medicaid and the effects on rural communities and hospitals. The Conformity Bill has passed the House and is now moving to the Senate. Listen in for more information.

Visiting with Senator Mark Harris from Boise on Thursday, February 5, Lisa asked about the conformity bill and when the Senate would be voting on it. they also discussed possible cuts in transportation funding, higher education and more,. Update on the refinery taxes being proposed in Utah and how that affects Idaho. 

Sheriff Shane Johnson with the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office stepped into the SVI Radio studio on Tuesday, February 10 for his monthly report. Sheriff Johnson discussed the recent murder-suicide in Freedom that claimed the lives of Cassie Clinger and Christopher Moon, including law enforcement's response, the process of disseminating accurate information and domestic violence resources in Lincoln County. 

Jim Webb, retired CEO of Lower Valley Energy, and new CEO Bear Prairie both stepped into the SVI Radio studio on Monday, January 9 to talk about the past and future of the energy cooperative. 

Representative Scott Heiner (R-Green River) called into the Weekday Wake-Up on Monday, February 9 on what is the opening day of the 2026 Wyoming Legislative Session. Rep. Heiner, who's district covers southern Lincoln County, is the House Majority Floor Leader and also chairs the Select Committee on School Finance Recalibration and the House Minerals, Business & Economic Development Committee. 

Rep. Heiner spent time discussing the agenda for the opening day, the recalibration bill and abortion legislation.
