Wave Radio Interview: Elf Jr. Cast

The Cast of Elf Junior, this season's presentation by the Bear Lake Middle School Drama Department, stopped by The Wave studio on Thursday, December 4.

 

Elf Junior is showing at the Bear Lake Middle School Auditorium Friday and Saturday at 2pm and again at 6pm both days.

 

Tickets are $5 each and are available at the door. Concessions will also be sold prior to each show.

Bear Lake School District Superintendent Dr. Gary Brogan joined Lisa Hillier on the Wave Wednesday, December 3 to report on the school board meeting. Discussion involved the possibility of a bond in the near future and the options for bleachers and storage at the football field.

Amber Schalk called into the Weekday Wake-Up to promote the upcoming Magic of Believing event schedule to take place at Star Valley Station on Saturday, December 13. Proceeds from the event benefit Team Tetons.

Town of Afton Administrator Violet Sanderson stepped into the SVI Radio studio on Thursday, December 4 for her monthly report from the town. Sanderson recapped the Parade of Lights and Afton Main Street Alliance events. Sanderson also explained a SLIB loan grant application for water line improvements and expected impacts the loan will have on water rates for Afton residents.

SVI Radio Interview: Jeremy Larson, Alpine Town Council

Town of Alpine Councilman Jeremy Larson called into the Weekday Wake-Up on Wednesday, December 3 for the monthly report from Alpine. Councilman Larson recapped the Dec. 2 council meeting, including a discussion on water and sewer along with a potential rate increase for town residents. Larson also recapped the annual Thanksgiving meal and summarize the role and work of the Alpine Travel & Tourism Board.
