Erickson discussed graduation ceremonies, approval of the 2024-25 school calendar, WYTOP testing results and construction/welding projects from students.

SVI Radio Interview: Kylie Price, Kemmerer Swimmer

Kylie Price, a graduating senior for the Kemmerer Lady Rangers, joined Duke & Dahl on SVI Radio's First Bank of Wyoming Sports Friday to discuss her career competing as as swimmer for the Rangers and also committing to swim collegiately at the University of Jamestown North Dakota. Price also touched on being part of the Lady Rangers state championship track & field team. Kylie is pictured with her coach, Amanda Aimone. 

SVI Radio Interview: Kammi Merritt & Khale Clinger, SVHS Track & Field

Star Valley High School senior track and field athletes Kammi Merritt & Kahle Clinger joined Duke & Dahl during First Bank of Wyoming Sports Friday on May 24 to talk about the state track & field weekend and recap their 2024 spring season. Coach Ty Draney also joined them on the air. 

SVI Radio Interview: Sierra Mitchell, Mobile Food Pantry

Sierra Mitchell, Director of the Afton Food Pantry, stepped into the SVI Radio studio to promote the Mobile Food Pantry which is coming to the Star Valley community on Friday, May 24. The Food Bank of Wyoming provides the event which will take place from 11-1 in the Star Valley High School Parking lot. 

SVI Radio Interview: Marnie Lemon, Medical Service Trip to Thailand

Local Star Valley resident Marnie Lemon stepped into the SVI Radio studio on Wednesday, May 22 to discuss an upcoming medical service trip she is taking this November to Thailand through the non-profit group International Medical Relief. 

SVI Radio Interview: SVHS Student Built House Open House

Rod Jensen, President of the Bank of Star Valley, along with Mr. Mike Mattson, SVHS Construction Teacher, and Jace Perry, SVHS senior student, all stepped into the SVI Radio studio on Tuesday, May 21 to promote the completion of a student built house project and an open house this upcoming Thursday afternoon. The project was done in partnership with Star Valley High School, the LCSCD#2 Education Foundation and several community businesses and contractors. The open house will take place from 11:00-12:30 with a free lunch provided by the Bank of Star Valley at 153 Honeybee Lane in Afton. 

SVI Radio Interview: Alex Ivie, PUTTZ Mini Golf

Alex Ivie from JACZ Drive-In and PUTTZ Mini Golf in Etna stepped into the SVI Radio studio on Monday, May 20 to promote the opening weekend of the miniature golf course. The course will open to the public on Friday May 24 and will be open on Saturday and Memorial Day Monday, with after school hours beginning on Tuesday until school is out for the summer. PUTTZ Mini Golf is planning a grand opening party on Friday, June 14.
