SVI Radio Interview: Val Chadwick Bagley, Halloween Extravaganza

Val Chadwick Bagley, board member for the Star Valley Arts Council, stepped into the SVI Radio studio on Thursday, October 17 to promote the upcoming Halloween Extravaganza. The event takes place on Monday, October 28 from 4:30-8:30 p.m. in conjunction with the 4-H Halloween Carnival fundraiser at the Lincoln County Fairgrounds. 

SVI Radio Interview: Ru Rok, Star Valley Ranch Town Council

Star Valley Ranch Town Councilwoman Ruzena Rok spoke with Dan Dockstader with an update from the town, including a bear that was caught and relocated from inside the town, an update on the ongoing discussion surrounding the rules regarding chicken ownership within town limits and an update on water projects.

SVI Radio Interview: Sen. Dockstader & Rep. Storer, Constitutional Amendment A

Wyoming State Senator Dan Dockstader (R-Afton) and State Representative Liz Storer (D-Jackson) both joined the Weekday Wake-Up on Tuesday, October 15 to discuss Constitutional Amendment A which will appear on the ballot this November. If passed, the amendment would create a class of residential property to be taxed independently from commercial property in an effort for property tax reform in Wyoming. 

 

SVI Radio Interview: Blue Gen & Tyler Schwab, Libertas International

Tyler Schwab, Founder and President of Libertas International, hopped on the Weekday Wake-Up on Monday, October 14. Schwab was joined with Blue Gen, a sex trafficking survivor, who joined live from Columbia.

Blue shared her survival story and how the local people of Star Valley have helped her. Schwab detailed with Blue's help, Libertas International was able to put Peter Francis Kennedy behind bars, the New York man who abused Blue and many others. Blue also shared her passion for helping other girls who are currently in similar situations as her own. Her Instagram is @blue63n.
